Extra Curricular Clubs & Activities

Most of the clubs take place after school and there are opportunities for children from Year 1 all the way through to Year 8. The sport-related clubs prove very popular (Football, Rounders, Judo, Cricket, Netball, Athletics to name but some). However, the range is enormous: Touch-typing, Pottery, Drama, History Detectives, Chess, Science…

Some extra curricular clubs become available to Reception children in the Summer Term. It is felt that the children are then used to the full school day and have the stamina to enjoy extra activities. Little Owls is available for Reception children throughout the year 3.30 - 4.00pm

Children are encouraged to take part in the programme, though the choice is theirs. With such an array of opportunities, the children are bound to discover strengths they were not aware of.
