Rewards and Sanctions
Industry (effort) marksAll pupils in Years 5-8 receive an industry score for effort on a scale from 1-5 for each subject, on a bi-weekly basis. The industry scores for each pupil are added together and also to create a form total. The Form groups compete every fortnight for the Form Industry Certificate awarded in assembly by the Headmaster.
