Testing

Above and beyond the annual exam timetable, there is additional diagnostic and standardised testing from Year 3. This includes a screening process (for possible Dyslexia) for all pupils, Cognitive Ability Test (CAT) testing, Verbal Reasoning (VR) and Non-Verbal Reasoning (NVR). Whilst the school no longer administers SATs, the optional papers and teacher assessments provide an indication of pupil performance against national norms.
