Bizarre!  I've just been on the BBC website looking at the forecast for Wednesday and Thursday and there appear to be cross sections of poached eggs due!

Is this the future?  I know that global warming is an issue but who said anything about eggs falling from the sky?  What happened to the good old-fashioned English weather symbols that we have come to know and love;  grey cloud, rain, sleet, snow etc?
