BONUS:  Dictionary definition: "an extra amount of money that is given to you as a present or reward in addition to the money you were expecting."
So, who thinks Fred the Shred should have been provided with a pension pot of £16m?  Pension for life of £650,000? My goodness, he must be laughing all the way to (or should that be from?) the bank............................I wonder which bank he will trust with his vast earnings (sorry, pension)?  Probably heading off to Switzerland with it.  Try explaining this to the children!
Ok, so there was this big football team who were one of the biggest and best known teams in the world.  They were known the world over, as big as Manchester United.  They were playing in a very important competition and the captain's name was Fred.  He was admired by everyone and was captain because everyone thought he was the best player, leader and tactician.  The game started and all went well for a while but after half-time, with the score at 0-0, the team came out and started taking stupid risks. Everyone was sliding in with tackles, the goalkeeper was playing "rush goalie", the defence pushed up too far and suddenly the team was 100,000,000 down!  The players looked to the dug-out for leadership and the manager pointed to the captain.  The captain called a huddle and gave instructions.  "Risk everything!  We can win this!"  So they did.  The goals poured in, but at the wrong end.  The team lost 24,100,000,000 to nil!  And guess who was made man of the match?

Laughable!
