Building our community together.
The Chesham Prep PTA is a vital part of our friendly community.
Managed entirely by our dedicated parent volunteers, their fundraising activities directly contribute to purchasing resources, beyond the school’s normal remit, that enrich every Chesham Prep pupils school experience.
Over recent years, PTA funding has provided significant additional equipment and resources including:
- The popular Pirate Ship play area.
- The welcoming Forest School gazebo.
- The colourful Library refurbishment.
- The PTA also regularly makes valuable charitable donations to causes outside the school.
In addition, the PTA ensure that there is a full calendar of enjoyable events for families to enjoy together throughout the school year which strengthen the bonds between our parents, pupils and staff across the different year groups.
The majority of these are held on our 7-acre site, providing ample space to gather and create lasting memories.
Highlights of the year include:
- The enchanting Christmas Fair in the Adlington Hall, which is magically transformed into Santa’s Grotto.
- The exquisite PTA Ball held in the stunning Latimer House.
- The Annual Summer Festival on the Field, often featuring the popular Parent/Teacher Band.
All parents and guardians are automatically members of the PTA and are warmly invited to participate in meetings and volunteer their time. From wrapping Christmas presents for the Grotto or being a paint thrower at the Colour Run there are lots of ways to get involved.
