Will is Deputy Head (Academic) at St. John’s School, Leatherhead. Prior to that he worked at Harrow School where he was Head of Modern Languages and an Assistant House Master, after having been Head of Universities there. He began his teaching career at Sherborne School in Dorset after completing a degree in French and Italian at the University of Exeter.

He sits on the Educational Committee but does attend the Financial and General Purposes Committee on an ad hoc basis.
