Parents feel that pupils are exceptionally happy and safe and it is through the school’s nurturing of their happiness and emotional well-being that the pupils are able to thrive in their educational studies.
Chesham Prep has strong links with the Bucks and Herts Child Protection teams. Mrs Rudol is the Designated Senior Person (DSP) and has up-to-date training; all staff undergo regular in-school training. Our staff recruitment process shows proper regard for Safer Recruitment. Parent volunteers undergo online disclosure screening and training. Staff report any concerns about pupils to the DSP.
